<\/b>and <b>sinusoidal Capillaries <\/b><i>(blood vessels)<\/i>, there are nasty group of cells called <b>STELLATE OR ITO<\/b> <b>CELLS<\/b>, usually they are friendly, not making any trouble for us. Usually, they store <b>fats <\/b>and <b>Vitamin A<\/b>. But when they are irritated by <b>chronic inflammatory system,&nbsp;<\/b>then they start producing <b>collagen <\/b>and they start damaging the whole liver architecture even blood vessels. These cells are extremely important especially in <b>pathological <\/b>conditions. When liver has inflammation for long time, <b>inflammatory mediators <\/b>stimulate these <b>ITO <\/b>cells. These ITO cells lose their <b>fats,<\/b>&nbsp;they become very <b>aggressive <\/b>and <b>dangerous<\/b>.&nbsp; When there is <b>hepatitis <\/b>for long time (chronic hepatitis)&nbsp;<b>ITO <\/b>cells then converted into <b>Myofibroblasts,&nbsp;<\/b>they start secreting lot of <b>collagen<\/b>, liver will be generalized fibrotic. <b>FIBROSIS <\/b>will develop later. <b>Capillaries system <\/b>will get <b>fibrosed <\/b>and&nbsp;blood flow will alter.
